Please make sure you have selected the correct company and entered the correct login name and passwords, both of which are case sensitive (they must be entered with the correct UPPER and lower case letters). If all attempts to login to your company accounts have been exhausted, then you could try the default system login ID, iceledger and the password, iceledger. This will not work if, as recommended, the password for this account has been changed. If you are still unable to login then the only recource left is to contact support. | |
How Do I Delete a Company ? | |
WARNING: Deleting a company is an irreversible step and ALL DATA WILL BE LOST So, even if you are sure you want to delete a company, consider making a backup before you actually delete the company from the system. To delete a company, go to Settings, Utilities in the left menu and click on the link, Run Script. In the file select field, use the button on the right to navigate to the Ice Ledger installation folder where you should find a sub-folder, Scripts. Select the DeleteCo.ils script. Once the script is loaded, enter the short company name in the field below the script name. Click the Run button on the toolbar to delete the company for good. | |

You will get this message in the login dialog box when you attempt to login, if the system was not shut down properly or after a computer crash. If you are sure that the user in question is no longer logged in to the system, you can clear the old login by clicking on the Clear button, in the bottom left corner, that becomes visible on the login dialog.
